Prof. Dr. Bülent Tıraş
Prof. Dr. Bülent Tıraş, the Director of the In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Department at Acıbadem Maslak Hospital, graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1984.
After completing his compulsory service, he completed his specialty training in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ege University.
Between 1989 and 1990, he received one year of training at the University of London, Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital in London, focusing on IVF, Endoscopic Surgery, Infertility, and Microsurgery.
In 1995, he trained in IVF and Microinjection at Assaf Harofeh Medical Center in Israel, and in 2000, he attended training on “Reproductive Endocrinology and IVF” at The Johns Hopkins University Medical School in the USA. In the same year, he also received training in “Advanced Endoscopic Surgery” in Chattanooga, USA.
In 1994, he started working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine.
He was appointed Associate Professor in 1997 and Professor in 2003.
Prof. Dr. M. Bülent Tıraş is currently serving as the Director of the IVF Department at Acıbadem Maslak Hospital.
